What kinds of technology do you work on?
We help with the everyday technology already in your home: Wi-Fi, routers, computers, printers, phones, tablets, TVs, streaming devices, cameras, smart locks, and other smart-home devices.
Do I need to buy anything before the visit?
Usually not. Tell us what is going on when you book and we’ll help you decide whether any equipment is needed. We do not pressure you into buying products you don’t need.
When are appointments available?
Weekday appointments are available evenings after 5 pm. On weekends, we’re available during the day and evening.
What if the problem takes less than an hour?
The first-hour rate covers the visit, diagnosis, and up to one hour of hands-on help. If we finish early, we’re happy to use the remaining time to answer questions or check another device.
Do you install wiring or perform electrical work?
No. HomeTech Vegas does not perform electrical work, permanent low-voltage or alarm wiring, HVAC work, or other contractor-required services. We focus on setup and troubleshooting for consumer technology.
